Investigation needed of why no Cal. Atty Gen Investigation of LAPD Crimebuster Facebook Scandal .Los Angeles City Hall Corruption and LAPD strong arm tactics, the reasons for LA “Crime-buster Vigilante” Cover-Up by California Attorney General Becerra and LA Garcetti. The LAPD and LA City Attorney’s Office were deeply involved in San Fernando Valley Vigilante Crime-buster Facebook group. LAPD Chief Moore and LA City Attorney Fuery don’t want investigations of secret San Fernando Valley vigilante Facebook groups. Members of the group includes LAPD Brass, LAPD SLOs and a LA City Attorney Prosecutors. The fact is LAPD Brass and LA Prosecutors combine with citizen Vigilantes (many connected to LA Neighborhood Councils) and do organized Anti- Homeless Joint Venture crimes. LA City Hall Corruption goes beyond “pay for play”, as Organized criminal vigilante actions now calls for a Federal investigation for LA City Hall Federal RICO “Criminal Enterprise” Prosecution. The US Federal Prosecutor for LA needs to investigate LAPD vigilante crews as per the 8/1/18 complaint to the Cal Atty Gen. LAPD vigilante harassment crimes stop LA political local democracy reform. LAPD Vigilante do crime onto LA activists, and LA whistle-blowers. Main-stream news reporting fail to report LAPD vigilante crime onto homeless victims that leads to j ails homeless and corrupts LA court. Good-Government reform Political Actions is stymied. The LA Neighborhood Council System that fails to give political voice to LA minorities, is falsely reported as a success. The reality is LA has A Neighborhoods Council system with no voting rights on City Hall issues. The Neighborhood Councils, with no real political power, has been Co-opted by LAPD and become a LAPD anti-homeless Vigilante feeding ground. The LA Neighborhood Council system has not increased voter participation as billed. Many LA neighborhood councils are now empowered by LAPD vigilante organization. Many neighborhood Councils actually meet in LAPD Community Police stations that are staffed with LA City neighborhood prosecutors. LA Political pundits do the bidding of LA City Hall and the LAPDS by pontificate lies of LA Neighborhood council success. LA Neighborhood council system lulls LA into a complacency when it comes to Amending the LA City Charter allowing to real neighborhood political power by increasing size of city council to 40 seats by district. Both NYC and Chicago voters enjoy benefits of the large city council system, but not in LA.
The LAPD and LA elected officials prevent the LA voter from having the same Local Democracy seen in NYC and Chicago for over a decade. The LAPD and City Attorney use an apparatus of LAPD Community Police stations and Neighborhood Prosecutors to co-opt Neighborhood Councils. This is the same apparatus supporting vigilante criminal conduct by LAPD Community Police SLO’s and Neighborhood Crime Watch volunteers. It corrupts LA Courts with false and mis-leading police reports that fail to mention the LAPD vigilante anti-homeless harassment. Homeless victims are arrested, prosecuted and jailed for trying to defend themselves against routine terror vigilante onslaughts in the middle of the night. This is provable in San Fernando Valley by Investigating evidence contained in the 8/1/18 complaint to the Cal. Atty. Gen. Further investigation will show a replication of such vigilante abuse and court corruption across LA that correspond to the locality of the 10 other LAPD Crime- buster Facebook groups.
